Along with our I’ll Remember You® urn collection, we offer a variety of keepsakes allowing families to cherish and enjoy a personal reminder of their loved one, each holding a portion of cremation remains. You may view the catalog here.


Caskets

We offer Matthews Aurora™ caskets made of metal with the highest-quality materials and wood representing the unique attributes of each wood species. You may view our selection here. Price list available upon request.

Funeral and Burial Options

 

Cochrane & Wagemann is pleased to offer a variety of Funeral/Burial options to meet your family's needs.  Below are just some of the most common services families select.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our services.

 

Church/Chapel (Traditional) Service

This service refers to a service held in our chapel, a church, or other facility.  The family may select to have a certain time to meet with family and friends during a visitation at the funeral home if that is their wish.  The casket may be opened or closed during the visitation and/or actual service.  Following the service, family and friends usually drive to the cemetery for a brief committal service.

 

Graveside Service

An alternative to the "traditional" funeral is the graveside service.  Families might wish to have a visitation at the funeral home if that is their desire.  The service itself is held outside at the cemetery at the graveside.  Since it is held outdoors, and most people will be standing during the ceremony, this type of service is usually shorter in duration than the "traditional" service.

 

Direct Burial

If preferred, a direct burial can be arranged, which does not include any viewing, visitation, or services.  Once the legal documents have been filed, the casket is privately delivered to the cemetery, where the casket is immediately lowered and the burial process completed.

 

Forwarding Deceased to Another Funeral Home

If a family member passes here and the family wishes, arrangements can be made for transportation of the casket to another destination within the United States and Canada.  Cochrane & Wagemann will work with a selected funeral home at the desired location and complete all documents, and make all the necessary logistical transportation.

 

Receiving Deceased from Another Funeral Home

If a family member passes anywhere in the United States or Canada and wishes Cochrane & Wagemann to be the receiving funeral home locally, we will work directly with the forwarding funeral home to insure a smooth transition into our care.  Finally, we will fulfill the family's wishes and provide any desired services.
